Cin tour at Alchemia bar
“Cin” is the evocative name of three mixology evenings that celebrate the summer season
in one of the inner courtyards of Ca’ di Dio.
In collaboration with important Italian guests from national and international mixing scenes, the bar manager of Alchemia, Marco Vecchiato, offers a selection of new cocktails that combine tradition and contemporary reinterpretations.
Each evening will be accompanied by a live DJ set to create a glamorous and polished atmosphere in a Venetian courtyard made vibrant and different for the occasion.

29 June
The first evening, on June 29th, features Matteo Sanago from Eye Cocktail Bar by Chic Nonna in Florence, who brings his Signature drink “San Marco”, a fresh and citrusy cocktail perfect for summer evenings.

Sips of summer for a taste experience
13 July
On July 13th, Patrick Pistolesi from Drink Kong in Rome, one of the best Italian bars where you can taste the world, presents a mini drink list with two “classics” and two new cocktails taken from the new menu launched in mid-March.

A sensory journey at the Alchemia bar
3 August
Finally, on August 3rd, Andrea Arcaini from Rita’s Tiki Room in Milan presents three signature cocktails from the drink list, including the Patchouli Mulata Daiquiri, made with Cuban rum infused with patchouli, bourbon, cacao liqueur, vanilla liqueur, and lime juice.
