A traditional local market takes place here, a celebration of voices, colors, smells and flavors connected to the ancient history of Rome and the region of Lazio.

The Director of Donna Camilla Savelli, with help from the friendly vendors, discusses the local produce, including seasonal vegetables, from classic puntarelle to artichokes and fava beans.

And then, of course, there are the cheeses and meats, not to mention the fresh catch that arrives from the nearby coastline, the main ingredient in many regional recipes.

Once back at the hotel, items purchased are entrusted to Chef Emidio Gennaro Ferro.

In his hands, everything is transformed into tailor-made dishes that enhance traditional flavors with a contemporary twist, all without sacrificing fragrance, flavor or authenticity.

You’ll discover it around the tables in the hotel’s restaurant or in the garden, surrounded by the scent of citrus fruits.
