The Asumari is in a charming location and has both an indoor area as well as the seafront terrace, which is particularly evocative at sunset.
A rich breakfast with traditional Sardinian flavors, including local honey and cheeses, is served indoors and poolside in an area shared by the Pool Bar.
In the hotel garden, but with a view of the gulf, is the Zinnibiri restaurant, whose name in Sardinian means juniper, a plant with an unusual, strong scent. Dishes made with zero-km ingredients and a contemporary flair are accompanied by a selection of local wines, served to guests at ‘social’ tables.
Sa Cantina is a new boutique inside the hotel equipped for tasting the best Italian wines, chosen by our Maître Sommelier. Sardinian wines are included and given prominence during tasting and at formal dinners.
Near reception, with a panoramic terrace, the bar serves classic cocktails revisited with liqueurs, local bitters and myrtle.
During the day the Pool Bar serves seasonal fruit extracts or fruit salads and light lunches, and in the evening, aperitifs based on Sardinian wine.
